Bal Gangadhar Tilak

• 1856 – Birth Day of Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Indian nationalist, teacher, social reformer, lawyer and an independence activist. (Death On 1920)



• 1903 – The Ford Motor Company sells its first car.

• 1906 – Birth Day of Chandra Shekhar Azad, Indian revolutionary who reorganised the Hindustan Republican Association under the new name of Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA) after the death of its founder, Ram Prasad Bismil, and three other prominent party leaders, Roshan Singh, Rajendra Nath Lahiri and Ashfaqulla Khan. (Death On 1931)
